About OUr Homes
As part of our commitment to seniors, the County owns and operates four long-term care homes, where we offer nursing and personal care plus a range of support services (medical, nutritional, rehabilitative, social and spiritual). Our homes respond to a variety of needs and service levels that include long stay, respite, convalescent care, and Francophone populations.
