September 14- 18, 2026
Week of Welcome (WOW) activities focus on economic, social, cultural and political integration of Newcomers in Simcoe County by liaising with local municipal partners, settlement service provider organizations, ethno-cultural groups and vendors. In addition to job finding, social connections, and community resources, WOW events include an opportunity to participate and learn about Indigenous learning and history in Canada.
Funding has been provided by Canada’s Ministry of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.
