The Simcoe Village Campus will have a variety of housing types to ensure that many older adults are able to age-in-place in a comfortable, safe, and healthy environment that provides them with many of the amenities they require. Amenties in the Campus potentially include a hair salon, doctors’ office, pharmacy, physiotherapy, convenience store, and dental. A Bistro/Café will be operated serving campus residents and the community at large.
With all of these amenities available to residents of the Campus, we are ensuring that the variety of housing unit types include many options for those who wish to remain within the same community to age-in-place. The housing types include:
The Simcoe Suites provide an independent-living experience tailored for mature adults and seniors. Residents can enjoy convenient access to a multitude of amenities available right at their doorstep. With a range of premium housing options, the Simcoe Suites are thoughtfully
designed to encourage active lifestyles.

- 20 Life Lease Suites, 20 Market Rental Suites and 4 Guest Suites on the upper 3 levels in a five-storey building spanning over 125,000 square feet. Unit floor plans include
