Midhurst/August 19, 2024 – The County of Simcoe has opened nominations for the 12th Annual Newcomer Recognition Awards. Nominations recognizing deserving community champions will be accepted until September 20, 2024.
For more than a decade, the Simcoe County Local Immigration Partnership (LIP) has hosted this event to celebrate the outstanding contributions of community leaders and champions who take action to enhance the lives of newcomers in Simcoe County.
